Our service provides short term accommodation for the homeless, on a temporary and emergency basis, only as assessed from Local Authorities and risk assessed by J&M Oasis
J & M Oasis provide support to enable service users to live independently and maintain accommodation without risk, either to themselves or others, minimised through robust management of all our accommodations to ensure the health and safety of all occupants.
Families can be with one or more children
J & M Oasis acknowledges differences within family compositions, cultures and dynamics and makes no precondition as to what constitutes a family. Each placement is considered on the basis of our organisation's ability to meet the needs of the occupant of families being referred. We offer accommodation that is safe, clean and compliant with Setting The Standards (STS). Quality-Self contained properties form a large part of our portfolio all of which we are very proud to manage and maintain on behalf of our Private Landlords,
Our service provision relies on Private accommodation landlords, looking to maximise and guarantee rental amounts from their BTL investment.
J&M Oasis are able to pay private Landlords up to 10% more than current advertised "Guaranteed Rate" with advanced payments of up to six months .
